Texas Rig pays off

I went fishing right behind my building on Nun's Island tonight. The weeds are starting to get thicker and normal lures get snagged constantly, so I decided to use a Texas rigged plastic worm, which made it weedless. I didn't get any snags and managed to reel in a nice sized smallmouth bass as well as two sucker fish.

Nice looking smallmouth bass (micropterus dolomieu).

Another shot of the same smallmouth bass  (micropterus dolomieu).

Longnose Sucker (catostomus catostomus).
It did not look very healthy.

White sucker (catostomus commersonii)
